Description

This unique piece of vintage repurposed wall art has been crafted from two old stool tops.

The back board to piece has been repurposed from a mango wood rattan stool top.

The fabric is a rare piece of ‘Spice Island’ by Jonelle. manufactured in 1967.

The pink and tangerine orange colourway is hard to find these days.

The fabric covered oval is trimmed in a white, gold and light brown cord fixed with bronze studs.

The floral detail I made out of vintage orange tassels and some repurposed hammered brass Indian jewellery.

You won’t find another one of these anywhere.
