Totally smitten by this piece!
It’s got so much character. Every angle you look at it from it oozes naturally aged details in all of the right places.
It is currently set up a s a wardrobe which i’m going to change. I will be adding wooden shelves back into the interior so it can transform back to its original use of a food larder cupboard.
It will be lightly treated to a clean up on the outside and finished with a natural tone Osmo oil to feed it and protect it with natural oils and waxes.
It houses three good deep drawers at the bottom and has original tin round vents on the doors.
I wish it would fit into my kitchen for all my tins and jars. Sadly it wont so I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed that someone has the perfect rustic kitchen to fit it into.
