This Mid Century chest of drawers is now a stunner. It entered Refunked Hq covered in dark varnish that had been chipped , scratched and generally looked gloomy and unloved. 
I could see its inner beauty and so could a client of mine that visited, she snapped it up. So i got to stripping it back to its bare beauty and look what i uncovered.
It was then coated in a matt clear varnish three times to give it a sleek and natural finish. I’m absolutely chuffed with how this one turned out. And even if i do say so myself the finish is perfect, so smooth and even in tone. The handles have been painted with an aged copper effect.
And the top slim drawer has been lined with this 1970s vintage green paisley print fabric to tone into my clients home decor and give her an exciting pop of colour each time she opens it.
Sad to see this one go. But she is now in her beautiful forever home!
