Out of stock

This little stunner was covered in flaking orange varnish when i got my hands on it.

It’s had a complete strip back preserving it’s veneer and solid wood frame.

It’s been treated to Osmo oil all over the bare wood parts.

The frame has also been stripped and then painted in The Little Greene Company, ‘Jack Black’. I feel this piece needed minimal interference to be honest. Just revealing its grain and feeding it. Then accentuating its frame felt right in a classic black.

The whole piece has a slight sheen but not a gloss finish. approx 20% sheen.

water resistant finish and wipeable.

The tambour door on the front of this piece slides up and down very smoothly. It’s very playful¬† and tactile.

This would make a great side table in a living area or a bedside cabinet.

Original castors in fantastic working order. Brass inners with great condition black rubber rim on all four feet.
