I rescued this Bentwood from a doomed ending. I’m such a sucker for a bentwood. Granted this solo beauty wasn’t the strongest of chairs to sit on but that doesn’t mean it can’t live on as a lamp table.
I stripped the wood back and gave it a good clean. It’s been treated several times for wood worm. I then cut some red cedar to fit its pad to transform it into a usable unique and slightly quirky little lamp table. It has a silky soft finish to it.
The green angle poise is spoken for i’m afraid.
